How ColoureDev Freelancer works

• Clients post for free. Freelancers bid on a flat membership fee, and we take no commission.
• Every freelancer verifies an email address, a phone number and a government ID before contacting anyone.
• A job accepts at most 25 proposals; a proposal with no answer expires after seven days.
• Each country is a separate market — you only see the jobs and people in your own.
• Payment is agreed and settled directly between the two sides. We do not hold funds and do not arbitrate.
• Messages are permanent and cannot be deleted by either side — the record is always there.
